Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is scheduled to visit Hudson on Saturday, June 2, to rally his supporters and aid the party's get-out-the-vote effort, according to St. Croix County Republican Party Chairman Jesse Garza.

The appearance will take place at the GOP's Hudson Victory Center (213 Second St.) at about noon on Saturday. Walker campaigned in Hudson last Saturday as well:

Walker is facing Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett in a gubernatorial recall election on June 5.

What, Walker's worried about getting the vote out in Hudson? It's just another chance to let you write him another $100 check that won't make a difference to him. He has folks writing him $500,000 checks. Better off buying Powerball tickets. Even better, refuse to vote for him. He's just feathering his own nest.

Nah, Jim Bob, the Scooter is here in Hudson to get more wise advice and counsel from the great Libertarian/TEAPublican thinker, Representative Dean Knudson.
