@Chadwick -- Ayn Rand did pay into Medicare and Social Security, but when she applied for both of these benefits she did so using her husband's name so that no one knew that she was being a hypocritical "moocher".

@Lil Guy -- You are mis-stating what Pelosi said and meant. When she made that comment, the entire content of the ACA was not decided as pieces of the legislation were still being changed and written. So, her commnet was directed at saying to complete the legislation, approve it and then its final comments would be known. Again, those pesky facts and reality get in the way.
