Who gets the night started off right with the best plate of appetizers in Hudson?
Sometimes, particularly in the summer, a little taste of something is all you need.
Appetizers have been risen to an art form at some of Hudson's hangouts. Some have great chicken wings. Others can dish up a mean plate of nachos.

I named one of the new appetizers there called Boom Boom Sticks. They're ribeye meat wrapped in jalepeno bacon. Check it out next time you're there. They even put my name in the menu!

The Village Inn in North Hudson has a great variety of appetizers for a great price. Both their wings and their deep fried mushrooms are awesome and reasonable!

Agave. Went there for the first time yesterday, and was impressed with the selection and taste of their aps. Having a noon to 5 happy hour on a Sunday is ALSO impressive. I will be back.
