After being on the market for about eight months, the Duro Bag Manufacturing Co. facility at the end of Baer Drive in the Town of Hudson has been sold, according to The Business Journal.

Tom Elbert, the real estate investor who turned a former Kolpak refrigeration-equipment plant into the River Falls Industrial Center, now owns the 147,000-square-foot building on 68 acres of land.
