Have you gotten your tickets for this weekend’s St. Croix Valley Brew-B-Que event at the Lift Bridge Brewery?

The event is Saturday from 3-8 p.m. at the Lift Bridge Brewery.

If you choose to participate, some of your competition—professional teams and backyard grillers alike—include the Smokinistas from St. Croix Valley Landscaping in Osceola, Brady's Brewhouse in New Richmond and the Big Guys BBQ Team from Hudson, among others.

“This event is a combination of what we all love, namely BBQ, beer and music,” one of Lift Bridge Brewing Company’s Owners Brad Glynn said. There will also be some one-of-a-kind games like chicken races, a beer brat eating contest and a beer dunk tank.

“(It’s) definitely one of our most ambitious parties yet,” Glynn said.

The event is at the brewery, so there will be plenty of opportunity to take tours and drink some really fresh beer—including the recently released "HopDish.”

As for the music, the Brew-B-Que will have live music from The Mark Stary Duo and The Brothers Curtis all day.

To go along with the brews, BBQ and music, numerous vendors will also be on hand including: Rustic Pies from Stillwater, Sweet Treats Ice Cream, Marco V Cigars, Foodies on Foot, Beer Geeks TV, StillH2O / SCRVHBA, LoveBeerHateCancer, Mix My Clips and more.
