  Hudson will conduct a public hearing on Monday\, November 12\, 2012\, 6

 onsin.&nbsp\; The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment in re
 gard to a request by Hudson Center\, LLC to rezone approximately 16.16 a
 cres at 2221 Crest View Drive from PUB\, Public or Quasi-public District
  to B-2\, General Business District and to amend the city of Hudson comp
 rehensive plan to change the 2030 Master Plan Map land use designation f
 rom Public to General Commercial.&nbsp\; The property is legally describ
 ed as part of Section 31\, T29N\, R19W referred to Lot 3 Certified Surve
 y Map\, Volume 18\, Page 4817\, City of Hudson\, St. Croix County\, Wisc
 onsin and is generally located at the northwest corner of Crest View Dri
 ve and Gateway Blvd.&nbsp\; The parcel is commonly known as the former T
