Here's What's Next for St. Croix Crossing
Where the bridge project is at: piers, roads, superstructure.
Have a look at these images above "to make sure you're up to speed," as St. Croix Crossing planners put it.
The first image shows the bridge superstructure that will start construction this winter.
The second image (click thumbnail) shows progress on pier foundations for the bridge. What's filled with concrete as of Nov. 6: all of the caissons, four of the 10 footings and four of the 10 columns. Completed: Two of the 10 piers.
The third image shows the road arrangement in Oak Park Heights area for the next couple weeks.
