Hilltop Pumpkin Party Draws Thousands
The Hilltop Pumpkin Party in Hudson was a big hit with parents and kids alike.
Thousands of kids and parents came out for the Hilltop Pumpkin Party at YMCA Camp St. Croix on Saturday.
The event offered pony rides, a petting zoo, bounce houses and a variety of kids games run by local businesses.
"We've had a great turnout this year," said Kami Telschow, chair of the Hilltop Pumpkin Party. It's estimated 3,000 people came out this year.

"This event always brings out a crowd," Telschow said. "It's usually one of the last nice fall weekends, it's a great place for kids to show off their costumes and it's free. All in all, a great event."
Parents like Jodi Johnson say their kids look forward to the event every year.
