'I Got Snow in My Pizza': Winter Punch Starts with Sloppy Flakes

St. Croix River valley people commiserate and celebrate in the snow, with subzero temps only days away.

Winter planted a sloppy kiss on the St. Croix River valley Tuesday evening, just in time for rush hour and a couple days ahead of the predicted bottom falling out of area thermometers. 

The National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Watch for a large part of the region, including the possibility of six inches of snow or more—and lows below zero by Friday.
