Lisa Rambo Update: 'The Biggest Loser' Season Premiere - Part 1

Hudson's "The Biggest Loser" contestant introduces herself about 10 minutes into the first episode. By the end of the two-hour premiere, she had lost 16 pounds.

Lisa Rambo, the Hudson High School special needs teacher who is saw her first air time on the NBC show on Sunday night. 

Supportive family and friends turned out at a viewing party at The Agave Kitchen, but they saw little of Rambo on TV. The two-hour episode focused on trainers Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince; three children participants named Biingo, Sunny and Lindsay; a contestant named Nikki who quit early; and a contestant named TC who was eliminated at the end of the episode.

Less than 15 minutes into the show, Rambo was the second of 15 audience members to be named as Season 14 contestants. When Rambo's name was called, a segment played, which included shots of downtown Hudson and Rambo interacting with special needs children at Hudson High School.

The 15 contestants were split into three teams — red, white and blue — with Rambo on the red team under trainer Dolvett Quince. After some dramatic footage of contestants in their first workouts, the teams competed in their first challenge.

At the end of the episode, Rambo, weighed in at 230 lbs, 16 pounds lighter than her initial weight a week earlier.

Part 2 of the Season 14 premiere will air Monday, Jan. 7, at 7 p.m. on NBC.
