North Hudson Pepper Fest gets underway with costumed kids and dogs.
The Pepper Fest Kid, Dog & Pet Parade was held at North Hudson Elementary School on Friday afternoon. About a dozen kids and a handful of pets participated in the event.
Pepper Fest Queen candidates Katie Barber, Taylor Haslup and Kayla Van Allen served as judges for the event along with Alex Solberg.
