Over 90 minutes to get to work in downtown St. Paul. Didn't see a single DOT truck on 94. Freeway snow and ice covered.
At 8:40 a.m., Jodi gave this report:
Left Hudson Township at 6:40. Picked up a bus to Mpls in Woodbury at 7:55 (after waiting 15 minutes for any bus to show). Currently 8:40 and we're not there yet. Hoping to be downtown by 9.
