Meet Colleen Baldrica, Award-Winning Author of "Tree Spirited Woman"

Brian and I had the good fortune to meet Colleen early on in our bookstore career. Her book, Tree Spirited Woman "competes" as best seller with a few other books, Duffy, Lego Star Wars and Go The F To Sleep!

We've had people pick it up as an impulse purchase along with many people due to word of mouth. Its bought as a gift and its bought a second and third by people who gifted/permanently lent it out.

Tree Spirited Woman
A story of spiritual awakening and life enrichment

"Tree Spirited Woman is the intensely beautiful story of...a guiding friendship with a wise and mystical woman, who [shares her] universal message about the value of letting go, trusting in love, valuing personal relationships, and accepting the inevitable phenomena of death within the living world around us.... This [book] is a warmly recommended compendium of spiritual insights, experiences, and observations [and] is inspired and inspiring reading."
                  ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FIVE STARS Midwest Book Review, 2008

"Tree Spirited Woman takes you through one woman’s intimate transformation from the death of her maternal grandmother to the establishment of a new and guiding friendship with a wise and mystical woman.  With Tree Spirited Woman as her guide, she learns to “let go and trust” in love, personal relationships, and, ultimately, death."

"Tree Spirited Woman will provide each reader with an abundant opportunity to grow alongside the book’s main character.  The simple philosophies for living flow through each of the chapters. This is a book that can be read and reread, with deeper understanding and personal awakening culled from each visit to its pages."
