Torchlight "When Pigskins Fly" Parade & Fireworks

Parade participants will line up in the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot and travel down Second Street. There will also be hot air balloon pilots and crews displaying blasts of fire.

There will be prizes for the best overall parade unit, the best unit by hot air balloonists, the best "when pigskins fly" theme unit and the best kazoo marching band. Participants must call (715) 386-8332 to register by noon on Feb. 4.

Immediately after the parade there will be a firework display featured over Lakefront Park and the St. Croix River.
