The Homes for Heroes program provides a rebate of 25% of the gross real estate commission at the time of closing to local “Heroes” who are buying or selling a home. The total amount of savings will vary with each transaction, based on the final sales price of the home and the applicable commission rate. As an example, on a $200,000 home sale, the amount applied to the Hero’s closing costs could be as much as $1,500! The savings will only grow with the other affiliated businesses that are participating. We now have affiliations with Insurance Companies, a Title Company, a Home Inspector, a Mortgage Company, a Flooring/Carpeting Company, and there are more vendors coming.
