Pier Five Hundred
's family-style brunch is the stuff of Hudson legend. The restaurant will serve its signature "never ending" fare including scrambled eggs with cream cheese, french toast, bacon, pork sausage and herbed hash browns for $12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Easter. Customers also can order from Pier 500's full breakfast and lunch menu.
Hudson Golf Club
Formerly known as , the 's restaurant will host Easter Brunch with seatings at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. that day. Prices are $18.95 for ages 12 and older, $8.95 for ages 5-12, and $4.95 for those 4 and younger. Hudson Golf Club's menu includes roast beef, leg of lamb, honey ham, champagne chicken, salads, potatoes and vegetables, eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, a dessert table and more. Reservations are highly recommended.

San Pedro Cafe
usually doesn't take reservations, but for Easter Sunday, the Carribean-themed restaurant makes an exception. The cafe is set to open at 9 a.m. and its vast breakfast menu, including items such as huevos rancheros, an island omelette and cranberry wild rice toast with tropical marmalade, is available until 1 p.m. A breakfast special will be announced the day before Easter—watch San Pedro's weekly features Web page for details.
The Valley House
's banquet room and bar will be open 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Easter. Reservations are suggested for this buffet-style meal including ham, turkey, shrimp, salads, eggs, desserts and more. Prices are $12.95 for those age 12 and older, and $5.95 for those younger than 12.

Winzer Stube
If you're planning on sleeping late on Easter, 's special goes from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. While not technically a brunch, this German-style restaurant is serving up a special roast pork, mashed potatoes and green bean casserole meal for $13 on Easter.
