VIDEO: Fiesta Loca Opens With a Jalisco Flavor
Fiesta Loca, a new Mexican restaurant founded by a former manager at La Fiesta Mexicana held its grand opening on Friday.
German Duran is applying his experience as a manager at to his new restaurant, Fiesta Loca, which held its grand opening on Friday, Dec. 2.
Duran said there would be many specialties from his home state of Jalisco, but Fiesta Loca, located next to , would also have more Tex-Mex-style foods that make heavy use of cheese and sauces.
