What Should Go Here?: Former Perkins Location

In What Should Go Here?, we take a look at a vacant property and ask the community what should go there. What's your vision for this week's space? Let us know in the comments.

In this week's installment of What Should Go Here?, we'll take a look at the former Perkins at Dominion Drive and Crestview Drive.

According to Greystone Commercial, the commercially zoned property is 1.41 acres with great visibility and accessibility from Interstate 94. The property includes a 5,480-square-foot structure built in 1984 along with a parking area. The asking price is $1.25 million.

So, the question remains: What should go here? Another restaurant? A hotel? A car dealership? A grocery store? Tell us in the comments.
