Located just west of Carmichael Road and south of I-94, Shanghai Bistro offers an impressive array of sushi options as well as standard Chinese cuisine to the Hudson community. In addition to the impressive sushi list, the restaurant also offers patio seating and a full bar. Though the menu sounds upscale, the restaurant has a casual vibe and offers reasonably priced entrees. On Friday and Saturday nights there is live jazz. Soon, the restaurant plans to have a live big band on Thursday nights, as well as a late night piano bar with the newly-purchased baby grand piano.
