The blog was created and will be populated by Lommen Abdo's appellate team: Kay Nord Hunt, Bryan Feldhaus, Leah Isakson and Mike Leonard.  The site will feature practical observations and advice on appellate practice in the state, federal, and specialty courts of the Midwest.  It will discuss recent appellate opinions of the region's courts and the local implications of national legal developments. It will also share tips on oral and written advocacy, preserving issues for appeal, post-trial motion practice, interlocutory appeals, certifications, and writs, all illustrated with examples from our own practice.
