Vital Plastics is a custom injection molding and assembly company located in Baldwin, Wisconsin.
We’re hiring for the following:
Molding Technicians

Full-Time, 12-hr. Night Shifts, 6:45 p.m.-7:15 a.m.
Thorough understanding of injection molding, technologies, resins, and processing with at least two years of previous experience is required. Abilities to operate a forklift, read prints and control plans, and to process and troubleshoot on a variety of injection molding machines is required.

General Technicians
Full-Time, 12-hr. Night Shifts, 6:45 p.m.-7:15 a.m.
Must have basic computer knowledge and mechanical aptitude. This position will be required to assist our Molding Technicians with mold changes, emptying grinders, filling material, answering alarms, and checking the product.
Quality Technicians
Full-Time, 12-hr. Night Shifts, 6:45 p.m.-7:15 a.m.
Requires the ability to read and interpret prints, control plans, and other documentation as well as experience using general inspection hand tools and specialized testing equipment. Individuals should also exhibit strong oral/written communication and visual skills.
Maintenance Mechanic
Full-Time, 12-hr. Night Shift, 6:45 p.m.-7:15 a.m.
Must have at least two years vocational training or experience in maintenance and machine repair. The ability to read prints, to operate a forklift, to perform preventive and routine maintenance. Must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
These positions require a High School diploma or GED, ability to work well with others, and knowledge of safety procedures, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs routinely.
