Hudson Curves

Curves Workouts with Jillian are 12 metabolic conditioning exercises performed between the strength machines that make up the Circuit. The workout is still 30 minutes, but instead of rocking a recovery station, you’ll be building strength and cardiovascular conditioning from the core. Your Curves of Hudson Wi Coaches will teach you the moves and make sure you’re using proper form, but you can get a jump start by reviewing one of the moves here. Not a member yet?
