Corrections and Clarifications

A summary of corrections and clarifications at Hudson Patch.

Mistakes are embarrassing and ugly, but here at Patch we take transparency seriously. When we screw up, we're are committed to owning up to it and fixing it quickly.

This is isn't the newspaper, we can fix things right away. You don't need to wait a week for a correction to appear in the back of the paper. The correction will appear right in the place of the original error.

We will mark corrections with an asterisk (*) at the point in an article at which we have fixed an error, along with an editor's note explaining the correction in italics at the bottom of the story.

If you see a factual error, please let us know about it and we'll make sure we get it right.

We will keep a log here of our recent mistakes:

Correction: A story from March 22, 2011 "" originally had a paragraph that said the church was taking no legal action. The parish has notified the St. Croix County District Attorney's office.
