An Evening with Best-Selling Author, Tom Rath

Wyman Series at UW-River Falls Presents an Evening with Featured Speaker Tom Rath discussing his latest book, Eat Move Sleep

The final Wyman Series event features a lecture by best-selling author, Tom Rath, discussing his book, Eat Move Sleep: How Small Choices Lead to Big Changes on Wednesday, April 16 at 7:30 p.m. in the University Center Riverview Ballroom. The event is free and open to the public.

Tom Rath, one of the best-selling authors of the last decade, will review his latest research about the impact of choices on our health, life, and work. Tom will share his deeply personal story about his battle with a serious illness for the past 20 years, and describe how this journey led him to accumulate a wealth of research about the impact of eating, moving, and sleeping on our health and everyday energy.  Tom serves as a Senior Scientist and advisor to Gallup, where he previously led the organization’s work on employee engagement, strengths, and wellbeing.  He is also known for his previous work including: #1 New York Times bestseller How Full Is Your Bucket?, StrengthsFinder 2.0, Strengths Based Leadership , and Wellbeing: The Five Essential Elements.
