Move and groove to the deep and soulful beats of Vinyasa flow. 

Vinyasa is a sequence incorporating movement with breath. This helps to build strength, increase flexibility and gain breath awareness. 

The body is kept warm and engaged throughout the practice. This is beautiful, dynamic style of flow yoga that maintains a playful and dance-like quality. 

This class will incorporate arm balancing, inversions and back bending. All levels welcome. 

Ariel Ramira, RYT200, will be guiding you through your practice each week. 

She spent 2013 in India motorcycling through rice paddies and high into the Himalayas. 

Studying with various Iyengar, Hatha and Ashtanga instructors, Ariel is well versed in the various modalities of yoga. 

She is currently in a grand love affair with her personal practice.
