City of Hudson Rezoning Hearing - Former Tourism Center

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of Hudson will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 12, 2012, 6:50 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin.  The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment in regard to a request by Hudson Center, LLC to rezone approximately 16.16 acres at 2221 Crest View Drive from PUB, Public or Quasi-public District to B-2, General Business District and to amend the city of Hudson comprehensive plan to change the 2030 Master Plan Map land use designation from Public to General Commercial.  The property is legally described as part of Section 31, T29N, R19W referred to Lot 3 Certified Survey Map, Volume 18, Page 4817, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin and is generally located at the northwest corner of Crest View Drive and Gateway Blvd.  The parcel is commonly known as the former Tourist Center site.
