Women's Self-Defense Class
Authentic Ancient Arts is offering a three-week, six-class,
self-defense course for women aged 13 and older. Unlike one-day seminars, this course will offer students the opportunity to focus on the fundamentals of self-defense with repetitive and realistic self-defense scenarios. In addition to learning physical aspects of self-defense, there will also be discussion regarding common sense, but often overlooked, methods for avoiding potentially
dangerous situations.

The class will meet at 2019 O'Neil Rd. (same building as the Giggle Factory). The instructor is Bill Martin, fifth degree black belt in Kobayashi Shorinryu Karate with 25 years training and 15 years of teaching experience.

Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Thursday, July 31 through Tuesday, August 19
9:00am to 10:15am
For ages 13 and older. A good course for high school and college-age women as well as women of all ages.

Attire is loose-fitting clothing and gym shoes.
Fee for the course is $25
Maximum of 12 students for the session.
