Friends of the Library Book Sale

Love to read?  Prefer to own the books you read?  Like to save money?   Friends of the Hudson Library invites you to a book sale at the Hudson Library, where you will find a huge assortment of books at a fraction of their original cost.   Check out the lobby at the library where a number of tables hold books that might be just what you are looking for. Children’s books, bestsellers, mystery, suspense, science fiction, romance, biography, cookbooks, other fiction and non-fiction -- whatever your favorite category, you will probably find it there.   If you can’t find what you want on the first floor, try the Friends Book Store on the second floor where there are shelves and shelves of books, also at a reduced price.

Friends of the Hudson Library holds book sales three times a year.  All proceeds from these sales go to support the Friends’ mission, which is to enhance, expand, and promote our library’s programs, services, and resources.  If your home already has more books than you have room for, donate those that you no longer want to Friends of the Library and you will have space for the books you buy at the book sale.  Friends of the Library is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, so books that you donate are tax deductible.
