Learn to Snowshoe!

Have you ever wanted to try snowshoeing? Willow River State Park and St. Croix County Parks are offering lessons this winter. You and your family will have the opportunity to learn special snowshoeing techniques along a guided trail and participate in fun activities.

Don’t have snowshoes? Healthier Together – St. Croix County’s Transform Wisconsin Active Communities Grant has provided the parks with a variety of snowshoes to be used at these lessons. If you would like to use a pair, please contact the parks 1 week in advance to reserve your snowshoes. Class sizes are limited and are dependent on snow cover.
