Brief update on the Hudson Real Estate Market
Happy Monday everyone! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! I'm sure the kids are elated that it's a SNOW DAY! Looks like Old Man Winter managed to shut down schools for the day. After you shovel it's time to bust out the sleds, make some snowmen, throw some snowballs, or make some cookies and stay cozy inside! December is in full swing, the Holidays are here and the Hudson real estate market is doing as expected for this time of year.
Not too much news so far. We do have 8 new listings this December that you can see in the attached chart. Still waiting for our firt sold. Hoping next week we'll have some sold listings to report. Check out the great properties that are currently for sale on the Hudson market here. The most recent reports from the WWRA show median sales price was up considerably by 17.1% in November compared to last year and new sold listings were up nearly 30% compared to last November.
