Cheryl Ann Belisle, 47, of Stillwater, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, in North Dakota.

A Celebration of Cheryl’s life will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home.
