What Channel Is It On?

Okay, So I’m going to date myself:  is it Channel 2, 4, 5 or 11?  Then came cable and I’m supposed to know what channel number HBO is on as well as HGTV.  Then recently I was asked what channels my target market (audience) are on-you know, your control hubs? Yes, I found myself chuckling. 

So, I will ask you:  what channels do you use to drive traffic to your website?  Facebook is obviously my favorite.  We have so many options:  videos, blogs, LinkedIn, Google plus, Facebook, email marketing, websites, SS feeds, twitter and more! 

"Dear Pat", would say: “Pick out one, do it well, love it, know it, use it consistently, develop your connections, develop content and manage it well.  Know where your audience is; what channel your target market is on.  Plan your posts, your marketing schedule and usage, then you can add another channel when you are ready.  Another day we’ll talk about those rabbit ears and antenna.  For now, go connect!
