The woman police believe robbed First State Bank and Trust in Hudson last week has been caught, according to a new release from the FBI.
FBI Special Agent in Charge, J. Christopher Warrener said Rayan Hamad Al-Huthaili, 23, was arrested by FBI agents and Roseville police without incident at about 8:30 p.m. on Monday in Roseville.
Al-Huthaili was arrested in connection with the following bank robberies:

- Dairy State Bank – 605 Second Street East, Menomonie, WI (Sept. 9)
“The arrest was the culmination of a joint effort between local law enforcement agencies and the FBI,” Warrener said.
The following agencies worked jointly on the investigation: Carver County Sheriff’s Office; Chisago County Sheriff’s Office; Forest Lake Police Department; Hudson, Wisconsin Police Department; Menomonie, Wisconsin Police Department; Metro Regional Information Collaboration Group; Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office; Roseville Police Department; and the FBI.
Hudson police are searching for a person who made threats at First State Bank and Trust in downtown Thursday morning, and made off with “a substantial amount of cash,” according to Police Chief Marty Jensen.
Police first learned of the robbery at about 10:47 a.m., Jensen said. The bank was robbed by a lone woman, described as a Hispanic woman with a thin build, about 5’8” tall and wearing black and green clothing, sunglasses and a hat.
The woman entered the bank and handed a note to one of the tellers demanding money, Jensen said. The note stated that the woman had a weapon, but none was displayed.
The bank robber received an unknown amount of money and then walked out of the bank, Jensen said. She was last seen walking west on Wisconsin Street toward Lakefront Park.
There is no information of any vehicle being used at this time, Jensen said.
The North Hudson Police Department and St. Croix County Sheriff's Office is assisting Hudson Police on this case.
