The following items are from the Hudson and North Hudson police departments. In all incidents where an arrest or citation occurred, a charge is merely an accusation, and not evidence of guilt. The arrested or cited person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Incidents are listed in the order in which they were reported, not necessarily the order in which they occurred.

Lori A. Kurtyka of Minneapolis, MN, was cited with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud at the pharmacy at Family Fresh Market.
Jacklyn M. Condon of Roberts was cited with operating a motor vechicle without proof of insurance at Gateway Boulevard and Crest View Drive.

Farbod F. Farahan of Minneapolis, MN, was cited with speeding (80mph in a 65mph zone) at Highway 35 North and Interstate 94 East.
Nicole A. Gans of Prescott was cited with possession of drug paraphernalia at Interstate 94 and Carmichael Road.
Joan R. Kowalchyk of Ellsworth and Timothy A. Rusk of Stillwater, MN, were involved in an auto accident at Carmichael Road and Hanley Road.

Eugene M. Aslzman of Hudson and Erin M. Conway of White Bear Lake, MN, were involved in an auto accident at Crest View Drive and 11th Street.
Debra A. Tepoel of Hudson and Billy J. Willard of Hudson were involved in an auto accident at Walmart.
Jeffrey M. Tanski of Roberts was cited with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana in the 400 block of Second Street.
Jeffrey M. Tanski of Roberts was cited with operating a vehicle at night without registration lamps, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and operating while intoxicated at Second Street and Front Street.
A legally parked vechicle owned by Kathleen E. Nakata of Hudson and an unknown vehicle were involved in an auto accident at Locust Street and Fifth Street. The incident is being treated as a hit and run.

Alexander R. Boddy of River Falls was cited with operating without a valid license at Vine Street and Third Street.
Lee P. Hanna of Lakeland, MN, and Clifford L. Breffle were involved in an auto accident at Carmichael Road and Crest View Drive. Hanna was cited with violating a red traffic signal, operating without a valid license and operating while intoxicated.
Justin M. Montagne of Hudson was cited with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration at Crest View Drive and O'Keefe Road.

A 16-year-old Hudson boy was cited with possession of tobacco at Hudson High School.
A 16-year-old Hudson boy was cited with operating between midnight and 5 a.m. with a probationary Class D license at Seventh Street an Wisconsin Street.
Joseph K. Bryant of Hudson was taken into custody on a warrant arrest in the 700 block of Eighth Street.
Justin C. Chamberlin of Hudson was taken into custody on a warrant arrest in the 700 block of Evergreen Circle.
Brian J. Kelly of Hudson was cited with operating with no tail lamp/defective tail lamp at night, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and operating while intoxicated at First Street and Myrtle Street.
Robert D. Bjornstad of New Richmond was cited with possession of an open container off of licensed premises at Agave Kitchen.

Ronald K. Cox of Madison was cited with operating while intoxicated at Crest View Drive and Gateway Boulevard.
A 17-year-old Hudson girl and Kevin J. Yuengst of Hudson were involved in an auto accident at Carmichael Road and Center Drive. The 17-year-old was cited with failure to yield while making a left turn.

Michael E. Volk of Hudson was cited with speeding (35mph in a 25mph zone) at 11th Street and Green Street.
David R. Ostenberg of Minneapolis, MN, was cited with speeding (58mph in a 45mph zone) at Carmichael Road and Coulee Trail.

Michael R. Johnson of Hudson was cited with operating while revoked and operating after suspension at Carmichael Road and Vine Street.
Zachary M. Zenk of Hudson was cited with non-registration of a vehicle at First Street and Vine Street.
