Hudson Police Blotter for March 7, 2011

The following items are from the Hudson and North Hudson police departments. In all incidents where an arrest or citation occurred, a charge is merely an accusation, and not evidence of guilt. The arrested or cited person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Incidents are listed in the order in which they were reported, not necessarily the order in which they occurred.

Feb. 16, 2011

John T. Ascheman of Taylors Falls, MN, Paul L. Pillman of Menomonie, and David M. Lohela of Andover, MN, were involved in an auto accident at Interstate 94 and Carmichael Road.

Feb. 27, 2011

Lyman G. Kopp III of River Falls and Barbara M. Zeroth of River Falls were involved in an auto accident at Gateway Court and Gateway Boulevard.

Elliot J. Walker of Hudson and Daniel R. Noyes of Minneapolis, MN, were involved in an auto accident at St. Croix Street and Sixth Street.

Feb. 28, 2011

Scott A. Neuman of Hudson and Dorothy I. Horn of Hudson were involved in an auto accident at Carmichael Road and Coulee Road. Neuman was cited with inattentive driving. 

Michelle F. Lepinski of Hudson and Eugenia M. Dawson of Roberts were involved in an auto accident at Hanley Road and Rock Street. Dawson was cited with operating after suspension.

Jeffrey T. Gilbertson of Hudson was cited with operating a motor vehicle without insurance at 11th Street South and Summer Street.

Paul Karis of River Falls and Chad W. Baynes of Hastings, MN, were involved in an auto accident at Rock Street and Hanley Road

March 1, 2011

Brenda L. Lutovsky of Hudson was cited with non-registration of auto at Hanley Road and Namekagon Street.

Julie A. West of Hudson was cited with operating without a valid license at Hanley Road and Foxglove Way.

Cody K. Haar of Afton, MN, was cited with underage alcohol consumption at First Street and Buckeye Street.

March 2, 2011

A 17-year-old Hudson girl was cited with speeding (39mph in a 25mph zone) at Heggen Street and Livingstone Road.

Marilyn J. Devereaux of River Falls was cited with shoplifting at Mills Fleet Farm. 

Emily J. Vondriska of Hudson was cited with speeding (50mph in a 35mph zone) at Stageline Road and Coachlight Drive.

Kenneth P. McColley of Hudson and a 17-year-old Hudson person were involved in an auto accident at Hanley Road and Carmichael Road.

Sidney J. Rasmussen of Baldwin and Paul B. Young of New Richmond were involved in an auto accident at Carmichael Road and Crest View Drive.

Judy J. Emmons of Stillwater, MN, and Laura A. Haslup of Hudson were involved in an auto accident at the Pier Five Hundred parking lot.

March 4, 2011

Kyle M. Baca of Hudson was cited with obstructing an officer on Meadowlark Lane.

Jacob T. Widmyer of Hudson was cited with obstructing an officer, possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia on Meadowlark Lane.

Marit W. Mears of Houlton was cited with operating after revocation/suspension of registration at Sixth Street North and Sommers Street North.

March 1, 2011

Carol J. Meyer of Hudson was cited with speeding (37mph in a 25mph zone) at Sixth Street North and Michaelson Street North.

Keith J. Medicine Bear of Somerset was cited with improper registration of auto and underage person transporting intoxicants in a motor vehicle at Sixth Street North and Michaelson Street North.

Joseph J. Boros was cited with operating a vehicle without wearing a seat belt at Sixth Street North and Michaelson Street North.

March 2, 2011

Bradley A. Lamb of Hudson was cited with operation after revocation/suspension of registration at Lemon Street North and Webster Street North.

Michael T. Fink of Hudson was cited with speeding (38mph in a 25mph zone) at Krattley Lane North and 10th Street North.

Ian K. Johnson of Hudson was cited with failure to signal  turn at Sixth Street North and Monroe Street North.

Kathryn A. Mazac of River Falls was cited with speeding (41mph in a 25mph zone) at Sixth Street North and Monroe Street North.
