The arrested or cited person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Incidents are listed in the order in which they were reported, not necessarily the order in which they occurred.

Bryan C. Groehler of Turtle Lake was cited with operating without a valid license at Myrtle Street and Third Street.

May 10, 2011

Tasha T. Wegscheid of Hudson was cited with disorderly conduct at Hudson High School.

A Hudson 17-year-old was cited with inattentive driving at Vine Street and Carmichael Road.

Tanya L. Simone of Hudson was cited with operating without wearing a seat belt at Heggen Street and Crest View Drive.

Brian S. Miller of Hammond was cited with operating without a valid license at Coulee Road and Carmichael Road.

Caron H. Hobrough of Hudson was cited with operating after suspension and operating after revocation/suspension of registration at Coulee Road and Carmichael Road.

Adam C. Smith of Hudson was cited with operating a motor vehicle without proof of insuranc at Ninth Street and Wisconsin Street.

Joshua J. Baumann of Hudson was cited with non-registration of a vehicle less than 10,000 lbs. at Hanley Road and East Canyon Drive.

Anika M. Larson of Hudson was cited with operating after suspension and operating after revocation/suspension of registration at Industrial Street and Webster Street.

May 12, 2011

Kim E. Helmer of Hudson was cited with non-registration of auto at Colonial Drive and Lincoln Lane.

Heather M. Rutherford of Oregon, IL, was cited with operating left of center, unsafe lane deviation and operating while intoxicated at eastbound Interstate 94 and Highway 35.

Tylor L. Sivek of Hudson was cited with operating without wearing a seat belt and operating without proof of insurance at Crest View Drive and Dominion Drive.

Thomas J. Hansen of Hudson was cited with violating a red traffic signal at Crest View Drive and Gateway Boulevard.

Lacy L. Larson of Hudson was cited with speeding (38mph in a 25mph zone) at Heggen Street and Mont Croix Drive.

Thaddeus B. Casey of New Richmond was cited with failure to signal a turn, disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle and operating while intoxicated on southbound Second Street.

William P. Prichard of New Richmond was cited with operating without proof of insurance at Hanley Road and Maxwell Drive.

May 14, 2011

Heidi A. Bierschenk of Baldwin was cited with disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of Pearson Drive.

Malisa M. Brunotte of Ham Lake, MN, was cited with disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of Pearson Drive.

A Savage, MN, 16-year-old was cited with violating a red traffic signal at Second Street and Coulee Road.

Melissa K. Smith of Hugo, MN, was cited with speeding (49mph in a 30mph zone) at Coulee Road and Birkmose Park Road.

Adam M. Begley of Hudson was taken into custody on a probation arrest in the 1700 block of Ward Avenue.

Alexander Sermeno-Guitierrez of Hudson was cited with operating without a valid license at Second Street and Coulee Road.

James R. Kulzer of River Falls was cited with improper conduct/urination in the 100 block of Wisconsin Street.

A Hudson 17-year-old was cited with speeding (64mph in a 45mph zone) and operating without wearing a seat belt at Second Street and Front Street.

Amy M. Wakumoto of New Brighton, MN, was cited with possession of an open container off licensed premises at Lakefront Park.

Charles J. Volin Jr. of Hudson was cited with operating without wearing a seat belt at Vine Street and 11th Street.

Anthony J. Bulmer of Inver Grove Heights was cited with disorderly conudct, resisting and bail jumping in the 500 block of Second Street.

Michel D. Borndale of Oak Park Heights, MN, was cited with speeding (39mph in a 25mph zone) and operating while intoxicated at Sixth Street North and South Street North.
