Hudson Police Blotter: Four accused of shoplifting at Mills Fleet Farm
Multiple animal-at-large citations are issued from incidents within the past two months.
The following items are from the Hudson Police Department. In all incidents where an arrest or citation occurred, a charge is merely an accusation, and not evidence of guilt. The arrested or cited person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Incidents are listed in the order in which they were reported, not necessarily the order in which they occurred.
On Jan. 20, 2011, Michael S. Owen, of Centuria, a 17-year-old Marine on St. Croix, MN, girl and a 13-year-old Spring Valley boy were cited with shoplifting at Mills Fleet Farm. On Jan. 23, 2011, Jeffrey G. Lindquist, of Amery, also was cited with shoplifting at Mills Fleet Farm.

Jolene A. Paulus, of Hudson, and Christy M. Simon, of Hudson, were involved in an auto accident at Second Street and Coulee Road.

Bruce R. Smith, of Hudson, and Philip J. Skarda, of Hudson, were involved in an auto accident at Crest View Drive and O'Keefe Road. Skarda was cited with non-registration of vehicle at Crest View Drive and O'Keefe Road.

Chelsea L. Nistler, of Hudson, and Eugienne Alexia M. M. Concepcion, of Hudson, were involved in an auto accident at Carmichael Road and Interstate 94 East.
David A. Dolney, of River Falls, was involved in a single-vehicle auto accident at Carmichael Road and Hanley Road.

Marie T. Allen, of Hudson, was cited with operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance at Crest View Drive and O'Keefe Road.
Philip A. Gribble, of Prescott, was cited with speeding (60mph in a 45mph zone) at Carmichael Road and Coulee Trail.
Ryan C. Atkinson, of River Falls, was cited with operating after suspension and operating after suspension of registration at Carmichael Road and Crest View Drive.
Steven L. Bllantyne, of West Lakeland, MN, and Christopher C. Acker, of Hudson, were involved in an auto accident at Carmichael Road and Crest View Drive.
A 16-year-old Hudson girl and Carrie G. Allen, of River Falls, were involved in an auto accident at the Target parking lot and Coulee Road. The 16-year-old was extricated by first responders. Both drivers sustained injuries.

Robin C. See, of Hudson, was cited with operating a motor vehicle without insurance at Second Street and Commercial Street.
Shawn D. Pioske, of Spring Lake Park, MN, was cited with knowingly operating while revoked at Second Street and Locust Street.
Parker C. German, of Hudson, and Colleen F. Enloe, of Hudson, were involved in an auto accident in the Target parking lot.

Joseph D. McGowan, of Hudson, was cited with operating after suspension at Stageline Road and East Canyon Road.
Drew S. Harrison, of Eagan, MN, was cited with speeding (43mph in a 25mph zone) at Second Street and North Street.
A 17-year-old Hudson boy was cited with running a red light at Crest View Drive and Industrial Street.

Joseph J. Boros, of Hudson, was cited with failure to yield right of way from a stop sign at 11th Street and Vine Street.
Timothy R. Stuewer, of Hudson, was cited with speeding (38mph in a 25mph zone) at Carmichael Road and Oak Ridge Circle.
Jack L. Morrison, of Fall Creek, was cited with running a red light at Carmichael Road and Interstate 94 East.
