North Hudson Municipal Court Results for February

The court ruled guilty on 33 of the 39 charges and dismissed six.

The following is a list of dispositions from North Hudson Municipal Court held on Feb. 23, 2011:

  • James D. Bahner of Hudson was found guilty of violating a red traffic signal. $88.80.
  • Jon C. Barker of Hudson was found guilty of animal at large. $88.80.
  • Daniel G. Bonamo of Hudson was found guilty of speeding. $88.50.
  • James J. Boschuetz of Hudson was found guilty of violating a red traffic signal. $88.80.
  • Katlin S. Bryant of Oakdale, MN, was found guilty of violating a yellow traffic signal. $88.80.
  • Justin J. Campbell of Chippewa Falls was found guilty of violating a red traffic signal. $88.80.
  • Darren W. Caster of Hudson was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. $731, assessment, six-month revocation of driver's license. Charges of unsafe turn at an intersection and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration were dismissed.
  • Laura M. Crimmins of Hudson was found guilty of operating after suspension. $114.
  • William E. Drich of Apple Valley, MN, was found guilty of speeding. $114.
  • Bruce R. Edwards of Algoma was found guilty of speeding. $88.80. Charges of operating a motor vechile while intoxicated and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration were dismissed.
  • Levi J. Englebretson of River Falls was found guilty of a seat belt violation. $10.
  • Brandon W. Evans of Hudson was found guilty of a seat belt violation. $10.
  • Danielle M. Fagan of Somerset was found guilty of speeding. $88.80.
  • Evan D. Hakes of Hudson was found guilty of operating without a valid license. $114.
  • Jacqueline L. Hartwell of Stillwater, MN, was found guilty of speeding. $88.80.
  • Penny L. Kalmon of Hudson was found guilty of speeding. $88.80.
