North Hudson Municipal Court Results for March

The court ruled guilty on 48 of the 53 charges and dismissed five.

The following is a list of dispositions from North Hudson Municipal Court held on March 23, 2011:

  • A 17-year-old Hudson boy was found guilty of disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle. $88.80.
  • A 17-year-old Houlton boy was found guilty of failure to comply with stopping light requirements. $76.20.
  • Micheal J. Belt of Willernie, MN, was found guilty of speeding. $88.80.
  • Joseph J. Boros of Hudson was found guilty of a seat belt violation. $10.
  • Michellle A. Dabruzzi of Hudson was found guilty of speeding. $88.80.
  • Rachael E. Dodge of Hudson was found guilty of speeding. $88.80.
  • Michael W. Erichsen of Hudson was found guilty of operating after suspension. $114.
  • Leslie J. Erickson of St. Paul, MN, was found guilty of operating without a valid license. $114.
  • Michael T. Fink of Hudson was found guilty of speeding. $88.80.
  • Ira B. Funderburk Jr. of Lakeland, MN, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated ($731 and six-month revocation) while charges of speeding and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration were dismissed.

  • A charge of operating without carrying license against Colleen M. Hastings of Hudson was dismissed.
  • Mark T. Hoffman of Somerset was found guilty of violating a red traffic signal. $88.80.
  • Henry H. Holt of Hudson was found guilty of failing to stop at a stop sign. $88.80.
  • Anitra J. Iverson of Hudson was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated ($605 and six-month revocation) while charges of speeding and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration were dismissed.
  • Douglas A. Jacobsen of New Richmond was found guilty of speeding. $114.
  • Ian K. Johnson of Hudson was found guilty of  failing to signal a turn. $88.80.
  • Jack T. Jorgensen of Hudson was found guilty of disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle. $88.80.
  • David J. Korte of Hudson was found guilty of operating after revocation/suspension ($88.80) and violating a red traffic signal ($88.80).
  • Andrei V. Kromlev of Woodbury, MN, was found guilty of disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle. $88.80.
  • Kathryn A. Mazac of River Falls was found guilty of  speeding. $114.
