Monday, March 5

  • The preliminary hearing for Michael Wayne Tennant, 22, of Hudson, was scheduled for April 21. Tennant is charged with felony burglary.
  • A criminal complaint and warrant were filed against Levi Wayne Davis, 30, of Menomonie, charging him with third-degree sexual assault. Next date set for next hearing.

  • George Willie Elmore, 51, of Somerset, was charged with first-degree homicide, aggravated battery, first-degree reckless injury, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Next hearing set for May 2.
  • A domestic abuse restraining order was filed against Aaron Sanchez Martinez, 35, of Hudson. No date set for next hearing.
  • Pamela K. Farr, 43, of Hudson, pleaded not guilty to charges of operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance with a passenger younger than 16 years old. Next hearing set for May 4.
  • Melvin E. Reed, 65, of Bayport (Minn.), made his first appearance in court after being charged with two felony counts of causing great bodily harm while operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He is also charged with two felony counts of causing great bodily harm with a prohibited alcohol content. Next hearing set for May 21. 

Wednesday, March 7

  • Terance Jonathan Frederick, 52, of Woodville, made his first appearance in court after being charged with second-degree sexual assault, prostitution and bail jumping. Next hearing set for April 2.
  • Corey James McLean, 17, of Clear Lake, made his first appearance in court after being charged with two counts of theft and two counts of illegal possession of prescription drugs. 
  • The date of arraingment for Patt A. Colten, was set for March 26. Colten is charged with felony intercepting wire/electric communications. 

Thursday, March 8

  • A domestic abuse restraining order was filed against Lana Joy Kopecky, 23, of Hudson. Next hearing set for March 16.
  • Paul Lewis Helton, 38, of Hammond made his first court appearance after being charged with felony burglary. Next hearing set for April 13. 
  • Preliminary hearing set for April 17 for Amanda Lynn Johnson who is charged with second-degree assault, battery, criminal damage to property and attempts to initimidate victims and dissuade complaints.
  • Daniel Lee Peterson, 47, of New Richmond, retained the service of defense attorney J. Remington. Peterson is charged with felony stalking. Next hearing set for April 12. 

Friday, March 9

  • Joseph John Harwell, 29, of Hudson, made his first court appearance after being charged with felony theft, felony burglary, battery to law enforcement officers, resisting arrest, first-degree recklessly endangering public safety and operating a vehicle with a revoked license. Jury trial set for April 23-24. 
  • In a separate case, Joseph John Harwell is charged with felony possession of THC (second offense) and is scheduled to appear in court on April 2.
