St. Croix EMS Announces Eby as New Chief With Facebook Post

Longtime St. Croix EMS paramedic Kim Eby has been named as the new chief of the department, according to a post on the St. Croix EMS page on Facebook.

Longtime paramedic Kim Eby has been named as the new chief of the department, according to a post on the St. Croix EMS page on Facebook. She had been serving as interim chief since to take over Door County's EMS operations.

The Facebook post was published at 4:58 p.m. on Monday, July 16:

St. Croix EMS & Rescue would like to announce that Kim Eby has been appointed as the new Chief! We welcome her from the ranks of a paramedic with the service for several years. Chief Eby succeeds Eric Christensen who left the service for a position as Chief with an EMS agency in Door County, Eastern Wisconsin.
