TRAFFIC ALERT: Construction Causes Delays on Westbound I-94 Near Roberts

ORIGINAL POST: 1:27 p.m., May 21, 2012: At 11:50 a.m., Wisconsin State Patrol reported that both westbound lanes on I-94 were slowed at Exit 10 and that traffic was backed up about three miles.
