CITY OF HUDSON PLAN COMMISSION AGENDA (7 p.m., July 12, 2012)

1. Call to order.

2. Consideration of 6/28/12 meeting minutes.

3. Public hearing and consideration of an application from Lisa Townsend & Jane Nicol/Studio A Retail for a nonconforming use change for 527 Vine Street from a flower arrangement/retail store to a art creation studio/retail store – Townsend & Nicol.

4. Final development plans, 11,776 sq. ft. retail center, Ban Tara, Lot 3, northeast quadrant of Carmichael Road & Center Drive – Ban Tara, LLC.

5. Application by Hudson Hospital, Inc., for rezoning approximately 20 acres at 423 & 429 Stageline Road from R-1, One-Family Residential District to B-2, General Business District.  The property is generally located south of Stageline Road and east of the existing hospital/clinic complex – Hudson Hospital, Inc.

6. Other business for information purposes only or for upcoming agenda.

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the City Council may be present at the aforementioned meeting of the Plan Commission to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility.  This constitutes a meeting of the City Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N. W. 2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
