4. Set date for next meeting [Finance Committee generally meets the Wednesday just prior to the next scheduled Board meeting]

6. Review invoices and/or expenses
A. Take action on regularly recurring expenses that are within the Board-approved 2012 Budget.
B. Determine which invoices are not recurring or are not within the 2012 Budget and make recommendation to the Board for Board action
7. Unfinished business - review, discuss and make recommendation to Board for Board actions on the following:
A. Status of Granite RE, Inc. claim and possible settlement
B. 2013 Budget – Review, and Revise if appropriate, Preliminary Models
C. Feasibility of termination of employment of all library staff as city employees and start employment as Hudson Area Library employees; eligibility for COBRA coverage under former city health plan
8. New business - review, discuss and make recommendation to Board for Board actions on the following:
A. Status of library funding for 2013, levy transfer, continuation as joint library
9. Consider new Agenda items for next Finance Committee meeting
