Summer Service Trip Info Meeting

Youth Action Hudson is going to St. Louis this summer!  This informational meeting will be in the conference room at the library (#219) at 6:30 on Monday June 18.  Any and all high school age students are invited on this trip.  Please read on for more information regarding the trip.

Youth Action Hudson is excited to introduce our Hudson High School Pay It Forward Tour! This year we are partnering with Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF); an organization whose mission is to reveal leadership through service, relationships, and action! We at Youth Action believe STLF’s mission correlates strongly with our hope to empower and engage youth to make a difference through service learning, leadership, and education. Each student will have their own personal response to what this trip offers. They can bring back what they gain to the Hudson community to respond to a need, or turn an idea into reality.

We will depart by bus July 31, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. from Hudson, WI travelling through Waterloo, IA, Galesburg, IL, Springfield, IL and finally celebrate our service in St. Louis, MO! We will return to Hudson, WI on August 4, 2012. While on the road our daily schedule will look like this:
