Will the Green Bay Packers' Preseason Game Be on TV in Hudson This Week?

St. Croix County is in the Minnesota media market, which means oftentimes Packers fans here are second-class citizens when it comes to Twin Cities TV channels.

Want to watch a Green Bay Packers 2013 preseason game on TV in Hudson?

Of the four-game preseason that starts for the Packers on Friday, three will be carried on local Wisconsin TV stations and one (Aug. 23 vs. Seattle) will be on CBS Sports.

Hudson is in the Twin Cities media market, so only the parts of the Town of Hudson serviced by Baldwin Telecom instead of Comcast can pick up the Aug. 9, 17 and 29 games on Eau Claire station WQOW

Looking ahead to the regular season, Kevin Roth at Packernet.com says four games won't be available in the Twin Cities-area stations: Weeks 2 (Washington), 3 (Cincinatti), 6 (Baltimore) and 17 (Bears).

As far as watching games at bars, PackersEverywhere.com recommends the Green Mill and the Village Inn in Hudson.
