Since moving to Hudson in 2006, this location has had our laundry, dry-cleaning, and car wash business. Two months ago, I had a problem with the car wash, reported it, and was basically told, or inferred by what I think was the owner that I was trying to get something for nothing. In question was $2.00 that did not register properly in the coin-op.
After leaving, and feeling very demeaned, we decided not to return to this establishment. I have always enjoyed the staff here, but the manager/owner reaction to this incident has determined where my future business will go.


I have had the same experience when going there. My dollar was not going into their machines and the Owner walked up to me and basically said that it was my problem. I believe his name was Kevin. He walked right passed me and went into the office. My car was in the self-service and I walked out and told everyone on my way to my car how the owner treated me. I know at least 2 other cars left because of this as well. I will not be returning!
