This place is awesome!! Big variety of menu items, friendly people, and a large enough space to meet up with friends! I had to move to Georgia two years ago, but stop in every time I am home!!

Hudson Bagel & Coffee works as a convenient location for meetings and connecting with friends. The menu, pastries and coffee are at the right price points. Four stars for location, accessibility, convenience and prices; three stars for service and food.
My favorite lunch (and I haven't wavered in an entire year) is the Cashew Chicken salad on a swiss cheese bagel with a Raspberry Crush Smoothie. YUMMY! Oh the bagel chips are divine!
Who couldn’t love Hudson Bagel. The food is great. Wide variety of breakfast foods, and something for lunch and dinner too! They have drinks that fit anyone’s taste, I especially love the smoothies! You are supporting a local business. The owner is a hoot! And the staff is always welcoming and friendly. The employees I have gotten to know, feel more like friends, and I never feel like just another number or customer. Only down side I can think of is that it is hard to go and get any work done there- always a little loud and I can never go without running into someone I know!
Hudson Bagel and Coffee co. is a GREAT cafe to go to with your family! They have mouthwatering sandwiches, a LARGE variety of bagels and cream cheeses to choose from, delicious pastries and other treats and many other tasteful beverages such as chillers, mochas, iced coffees, smoothies, shakes, teas, hot chocolates, sodas, juices, and just about anything! And their coffee is to die for and by far the best in town! I definetaly think you should stop by at hudson bagel!
HBCC is great for terrific tasting coffee, large delicious bagels with lots of variety, and really tasty sandwiches (handmade with bagel chips on side). They have a fireplace for warm atmosphere and a conference room for meetings. Its a great spot for coffee, breakfast, lunch, and meetings. The owner has a dry sense of humor, his staff is energetic, makes for a very customer service friendly place.
