We love Paddy Ryans, everything about it. The food, service, Chef Paul and the owners.
My husband loves the Beef and Guiness Pie. I love the Herb Roasted Chicken. We have had several others on the menu and have never been dissappointed.
They had stuffed pork chops as a special one week and I would recommend them to everyone. Too bad they are not on their regular menu.
Their Sticky Toffee Pudding is to die.
I think their prices are very comparable to most restaurants.
You will not be disappointed if you go there.
I am with Brad. I really like this place. The seafood chowder is excellent. I like the owner and cant see him being a jerk unless provoked. Great exit 4 choice and would be a great addition is it was downtown with us. -paul

Paddy Ryan's is an awesome bar and restaurant for St. Paddy's or anytime. REALLY good food and terrific ownership and service. We eat everywhere in Hudson and these guys are pretty terrific folks.
Great authentic Irish food. They have a very good beer selection and excellent service.
Paddy's beer selection is the best around! They also have great weekly food specials.
