Joyce Hall and Celeste Koeberl each wrote a letter to the editor last week because they desperately do not want me to be elected to the Hudson School Board. To support their agenda they dug up a 12-year old incident, which is very old news, and they are attempting to make it an issue in this election. When I agreed to run for the school board I expected that this might happen, and so it has. That's the world of malicious politics. But I felt so strongly about the direction the School Board was going that I was willing to put myself in a very public light knowing it may get nasty, and it has. I have lived my entire life with honor and dignity, but 12 years ago I had to deal with someone who thought I did something wrong. A business-related …

Hi. I'm Scott Walker. Wisconsin’s economy is continuing to turn around. In the first two months of this year we’ve added over 17,000 private sector jobs. We have known and worked with Al Burchill for over 20 years since coming to town. Al is a good businessman, a great community volunteer, and an exceptional civic leader. His involvement in organizations, programs, and the city, collectively improve the quality of life here in Hudson. Since becoming mayor of Hudson, we appreciate the fact that Al has been, is, and will continue to be a fiscal conservative when it comes to spending our tax money. Even in a languishing national economy the City of Hudson is in the best shape we've ever been in. Under his leadership we have an active and vibrant downtown and "Hill" area that attract many tourists for dining, the arts & crafts, theatre, shopping and more. We have an ever-expanding industrial …

On Thursday Governor Walker delivered his weekly radio address titled, “People Before Politics:" Hi. I'm Scott Walker. Take a moment to look at our state flag. On the seal, there are two people. One is a miner. On the shield, one of the sections has a shovel and a pick ax for mining. And on the top of the seal there is a badger. We are the badger state because our ancestors came here to mine and were called badgers because of how they dug into the side of the areas where they mined for their piece of the American dream. If there is any state in our country that should be able to add certainty to the process for safe and environmentally sound mining - shouldn't it be the badger state. A mining company wanted to invest $1.5 billion into the …
